In many cases, surface technology tasks can only be carried out in industrial environments when the plant or facility has been shut down. Surface preparation and coating work, therefore, are often performed when the relevant machinery is out of action – for example, during inspections. Being a provider of specialist industrial services, XERVON Oberflächentechnik knows all about the particular requirements of turnarounds.
We are well prepared for the close collaboration work between the different trades as well as for the limited time and space needed to complete our various tasks. We meticulously plan and prepare our work in advance to support our customers’ ambitious time schedules and ensure plant downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. This planning and preparation work also guarantees that teams work together well and that uncomplicated solutions can be found if an exceptional situation should crop up.
Time-saving efficiency is key to making turnarounds a success – the same applies to surface technology work
Thanks to its extensive workforce, XERVON Oberflächentechnik is able to deploy strong and effective teams of operatives to carry out turnarounds. All our specialists have experience of turnaround projects. They have the skills needed to be able to react quickly and flexibly to changing conditions and to take over additional tasks if this should be necessary.
Our extensive range of equipment and substantial technological capacities enable us to carry out large-scale projects quickly and reliably. What’s more, we can also perform coating tasks at our blasting and coating facilities. This frees up space at the work site and allows the parts to be treated under ideal conditions.
