XERVON Oberflächentechnik is one of the leading providers in its industry and offers its services both at home and abroad. Our portfolio covers the whole range of services required in this field – all the way through to highly complex application systems for special areas of use. We are experts in delivering coatings both for new-build projects involving, for example, plants, plant components and steel structures, as well as part of maintenance or refurbishment work. We support our customers by collaborating with them on individual projects as well as by working for them on a long-term basis as part of a service agreement.

Thanks to its wide-ranging portfolio, XERVON Oberflächentechnik is qualified to work in many different industrial sectors – in particular chemicals and petrochemicals, the steel industry and the energy and construction sectors. We know the special requirements of these individual sectors having served them for so many years. This in-depth knowledge and experience make it possible for us to integrate industry-specific conditions into the planning and execution of projects. Our teams work with state-of-the-art technologies and are proficient in using all kinds of surface preparation and coating systems. Our operatives have practical experience of working under more unusual conditions – for example in high risk industrial environments or as part of a turnaround.

One of the hallmarks of XERVON Oberflächentechnik’s work is its exceptionally high quality expectations. To make sure that the coatings are just right for the case in hand, we draw up bespoke concepts that take each and every stage of the process into account – from preparing the surface, to selecting the most suitable coating system, all the way through to applying the coating. Our high standards are reflected by the many certificates and permits we have been issued, which include DIN EN ISO 9001 and KTA 1401 accreditation.

Decades of experience
XERVON Oberflächentechnik has a history stretching all the way back to 1928. Over the years, we have belonged to a number of different companies including the PeinigerRöRo Group and Thyssen-Krupp. We have been delivering our services under the XERVON name since 2005 and have – together with XERVON’s sister companies – been part of the REMONDIS Group since 2011. During the restructuring of the business in 2016, XERVON’s surface technology division was turned into an independent company in its own right and has been operating on the market as XERVON Oberflächentechnik GmbH since then.
