The best conditions for perfect results
XERVON Oberflächentechnik operates mobile blasting units, stationary blasting and coating facilities on site at its customers’ as well as its own extensively equipped blasting and coating plants. We can handle components and structures of (almost) all sizes – both large and small – at our facilities and process them under ideal conditions. With five business premises located in the north, centre and south of Germany, we are never far from our customers.
Prepared for the smallest and largest of pieces
We have created the ideal conditions at our blasting and coating plants to enable us to prepare and then coat surfaces. It makes absolutely no difference whether the work involves one individual component or a series of many pieces. The size of the part is also irrelevant – we can handle practically everything, from the smallest to the largest of objects. We have, for example, blasting cubicles that are 30 metres long and 30 metres high. All in all, we have blasting facilities available that have an overall capacity of 5,500 square metres.
State of the art – both when it comes to performance and sustainability
All of the processes that we carry out at our blasting and coating plants have been designed to include short distances and quick execution times – both of which enable projects to be completed faster. It goes without saying that we deploy modern processes and state-of-the-art technologies. What’s more, we also make sure that our plants are set up to guarantee the highest levels of health and safety and environmental protection. This includes, in particular, energy-efficient machinery, high performance air filter systems, measures to ensure the best possible supply of fresh air, and, where possible, systems for recovering heat.
